Little Girls With Dreams Become Women with Vision
Every day is a celebration of you as a woman, as a daughter, as a wife, a mother, a professional and most importantly as an individual. Let’s move towards an equal and humanist world not a feminist one. Leadership and competency has no gender.

The world is ready for us, it’s up to us if we want to make it BIG. Be it right to study, right to work, right to lead a live with integrity and self-respect, the choice is yours. Firstly, every woman should have a clear vision on how we want to contribute to the world, accordingly have a long-term vision of where you want to see yourself. Have consistency of thought. Lead yourself and work hard to develop the competences required in your chosen field.
Be flexible and can condition yourself per your convenience while achieving your goals but never give-up. As a woman, your biological system might demand a break. Take it, but you should motivate yourself to always come back after you fulfill your responsibilities as a new mother, wife, daughter-in-law or a daughter.
Take it the right way forward. Don’t compare yourself to men as their stamina’s and capabilities are different to ours. In-fact don’t compare yourself with anyone. You are unique. A woman can bring human touch to the world in general.
Women going for work is not new. All our grand moms have shown a strong legacy by going to the farms as well as managing the homes.
Men and women should share the life responsibilities equally. Care giving and bread winning should have equal respect and should be equally shared by both the partners. A man should be respected for the care giving he shows towards his family without anyone questioning his manhood. Also, the women should represent 50% at every workforce.
Let’s work together towards making a better nation building.
